Stats
FastAPI service ("Meeting Stats API") that calculates trainer and jockey performance statistics (win/place rates, impact values, meeting averages, top horses) for horse-racing meetings from a MySQL source DB, optionally persists them, and serves a small static dashboard/API-test frontend.
