Acquisition

The public Swedish Horse Racing service uses /services/calendar/YYYY-MM-DD, /services/raceday/<id> and /services/race/<id> JSON. The adapter filters country=DK and trot=true, then stores raw starter JSON before racing and finishing-position JSON after publication. Standard XHR/Referer headers are required; no browser automation or authentication is used.

Operation and verification

Run scripts\crawl_danish_harness_range.bat START_DATE END_DATE [TARGET_LIMIT_PER_DATE]. Odense 2026-08-07 race 1 passed pre/post readiness at 6,155 bytes.

Breeding/profile and limits

The race service exposes numeric horse IDs and country suffixes but the inspected race modal did not provide a stable standalone profile or complete sire/dam/foal-year detail. Official linked PDFs may contain richer pedigree fields.
