• Added the standard project directory structure.
• Added a framework-neutral Python package foundation and import test.
• Associated the local Git repository with https://github.com/QuantumDataGroup/TroyenWebSite.git.
• Reviewed the current Troyen Data homepage and FAQ as source material for future work.
• Enabled QDG Knowledge Base documentation for the project.
• Selected the initial QDG KB pages: Project Description, Change Log, and User Guide.
• Recorded Troyen Data as the working brand name and identified inconsistent “Troyan Data” wording on the current FAQ.
• Corrected the initial project setup to Python and removed the unintended Vinext/Node scaffold.
• Verified the Python foundation with one passing package import and version test.
• No production website implementation or deployment has been completed yet.
