Document set version: 0.2.0

The local Flask site now renders the original API Documentation: Race Cards v2.0.0 and complete Integration Notes from local JSON, replacing the initial illustrative documentation.
Verified exact body-text and table parity with the saved source HTML: 12 tables and 110 field rows. Field names, types, descriptions, examples and source inconsistencies are preserved; only presentation and navigation changed.
Added an allowlisted importer, mandatory pre-write content backups, source hashes, original-document navigation and redirects for earlier runners/meetings/races links.
The source uses a placeholder API host and contains naming inconsistencies. Its Sample JSON link has no corresponding section; that gap is marked unavailable rather than filled with invented data.
All 19 tests pass. Chrome verification confirms the restored tables and Integration Notes navigation. No production deployment or Git push was performed.

Added the versioned tools/capture_reference_site.py utility.
Captured the supplied homepage, FAQ, API Documentation, and Integration Notes pages.
Captured seven publicly delivered files with zero failures: four HTML pages, the same-origin theme stylesheet, the homepage race-data image, and Cloudflare's public email-decoding script.
